Key Terms
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve your move date. Remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to timing and booking terms. Late changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate inventory, addresses, and access details. Valuables such as cash, jewelry, documents, and irreplaceable items should not be packed.
Damage & Claims
Nomad Move is not responsible for pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer, or prohibited items. Claims must be submitted in writing within the legal time limits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
